Very nice rooms! Very clean and comfortable. The couch was comfortable to sit on. The bed was great. Light up mirror always helps and was a nice touch. A little weird to drive into as its not easily accessible and maps takes you to the road vs the front of the hotel. The customer service was great and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the most spotless hotel Ive ever stayed in. Rooms were lovely and pristine clean as was the lobby and grounds. It was quiet and close to everything we could need. Excellent staff. The beds were spotless, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Breakfast area was spotless as well. Would stay here over and over! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Not only was the young lady at the desk very patient with my grandfather, but when I was in dire need of a phone charger, she produced one for me to keep! Clean rooms consistent with Best Western's usual amenities, amiable staff, and even the breakfast was nice.

It was fine. For the money- very good. Staff kind. Very clean. Quiet enough. Good value. Breakfast awful but perhaps as expected. Not many decent rooms at this price point so very much exceeded expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Denton, TX, and I want to give a special shout-out to the Front Desk Manager, Chelisa Piercy. She provided exceptional service, making the check-in process smooth and stay welcoming. The room I stayed in were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was top-notch. Her staff also helped me in ways I can't explain. Chelisa's dedication to guest satisfaction stood out, making my stay memorable. She's open and honest and communication is true. Highly recommend this Best Western, thanks to Chelisa and the entire team for a great experience!

This place is wonderful. We stay there every time we go to see my sister. It is super clean. The breakfast has hot food, make your own waffle, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, pastries and probably more I didn't sample. The employees are friendly and the owner, Mr Patel, is very visible, if you have a problem.

Spacious room and workspace. Quiet Sunday evening. Very easy access from I-35. Friendly staff at front desk. Great hot and cold breakfast options. I will stay here again.
